H.B. 208 Modification of Exemption from Nonresident Tuition

If this law passes then undocumented students will have to sign a legal document saying that they will not work or earn money, during the calendar year they are receiving in-state tuition (HB 144).
The law has passed to the House Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Standing Committee, and will now go to the House of Representatives.
